Common Capital, Inc.

Way Finders has formalized a relationship with CCI, a community development financial institution. With roots in microenterprise lending, CCI is now a multimillion-dollar lender. The people we serve now have greater access to small business lending and home financing. Together, we can create more job opportunities and more homeowners, two important factors in building sustainable communities.

MBL Housing and Development, LLC

Way Finders is proud of our strategic partnership with MBL Housing and Development, LLC. The long time real estate development and consulting firm understands the complexities involved in fiancing beneficial community projects. Derek and his two sons were homeless and struggling. Once he found Way Finders, his life began to turn for the better. We helped him find a short-term housing solution and temporary job. Several years later, with a long-term job and some unfinished business to tend to, he returned to Way Finders. Derek had always dreamed of owning a home. He knew he could make his dream real with help from us. We provided financial education and credit counseling, while Derek did the heavy lifting. Today, he and his sons have a permanent address and a very bright future.
