Property Manager
Dynamic non-profit housing agency managing a diverse scattered site portfolio throughout W. Mass needs an experienced property manager.  Responsibilities include budgeting, marketing, tenant screening, income recertification, supervision, and regulatory compliance.  Requirements include previous property management experience, excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills, and commitment to high quality tenant service.  Experience with LIHTC, Rural Development, and HUD program, COS, CPM certification preferred.  Bi-lingual preferred.  Salary range $41 - $51k depending on education and experience plus excellent benefits.  Resumes accepted until position is filled:  Send to HR@haphousing.org or Human Resources, HAPHousing, 322 Main Street, Springfield, MA  01105.

Time Off
Vacations: 2 weeks (year one); 3 weeks (year two); 4 weeks (year six)
Other Time Off: 11.5 paid holidays, 12 sick days, 2 personal days
