Are You Thinking of Buying Your First Home?
Sign up now for one of HAPHousing's FIRST HOME Homebuyer Education Courses. Each course consists of a series of classes that cover all aspects of buying a home. Specifically designed for first-time homebuyers, the course is certified by the Massachusetts Homeownership Collaborative and MassHousing. Completion of the course is required to qualify for certain affordable financing products.

If you are serious about getting the tools you will need to reach your financial goals and buy a home, the Homebuyer Club may be for you. Workshops provide information on obstacles and financial goals, understanding credit, household money management, and individual financial planning.
