Overview

Way Finders’ expertise extends to property and asset management, stretching across western and central Massachusetts, with more than 800 units under management. As with any residential development, maintenance is a long-term proposition. We protect these properties, keeping them in excellent repair. We also bring our energy efficient ways to bear on each of the properties. Way Finders has a diverse portfolio of properties including housing addressing specific demographics including the elderly and disabled individuals. The properties range from apartments to single room occupancy units. Where relevant, we bring our expertise in programmatic compliance. Onsite management is of equal importance. Our property managers get to know each of the residents and create a genuine sense of community. We also provide value added services to our residents at several of these sites under management.
