The Kenwyn, built in 1916, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. For the 2016 renovation, Way Finders worked with Davis Square Architects to carefully preserve the arched side entryways, extra-large windows, carved wood moldings, decorative staircase railings and other striking details to maintain the building’s charm and character. Located in the heart of Springfield, residents are within walking distance of Forest Park, the library, the post office and area shopping. The building is located on a PVTA bus route.

The Way Finders’ development offers 27 modern units, including studios and 1- and 2-bedroom apartments. Apartments include on-site laundry, parking and 24-hour maintenance.
