Amanda believes that safe and sanitary housing is vital to the success of any individual or family. Amanda began working here in 2015 as Way Finders’ Director of Compliance, insuring that properties are in compliance with federal and state programs. In addition, she is responsible for the implementation and oversight of department rules for standardized compliance procedures, individualized staff training, quality assurance, internal controls, reporting, and audit preparation and response.
