Online First-time Homebuyer Workshop
Way Finders (formerly HAPHousing) is proud to offer our First-Time Homebuyer Workshop as an online course. This online homebuyer education course uses a total of 6 modules consisting of 319 slides, There is a quiz at the end of each module. You must receive a passing score on each quiz and the final assessment in order to complete the course, and you will have three attempts to earn a satisfactory score on the quizzes and final.register >>

Need time to increase your savings, improve your credit, or just maintain a workable budget? The Financial Education Workshop will provide the tools you need to reach your financial goals.
If you would like one- on- one assistance, Way Finders will assign a Home Buying Counselor to work with you. Together you’ll determine your financial readiness to buy a home.

Block Party on the Hill
Springfield College, along with the Old Hill and Upper Hill Neighborhood Councils, Way Finders, and the Partnership for the Renewal of Old Hill, is glad to sponsor the annual Block Party on the Hill on Thursday, Aug. 10, at William N. DeBerry School, located at 670 Union Street in Springfield.
Guests attending will be treated to free food, music, and dancing, while also being encouraged to join their local neighborhood councils. There will be a resource fair with information about health, education, and housing.RSVP >>
